Check is made payable to our Brokerage at the time Contract is signed for an FLAT FEE MLS listing. Payment is non-refundable. If Listing agent (Jas Jagpal) introduces the Seller a Buyer to buy the property then Seller will pay Listing agent (Jas Jagpal) the Buyer commission (2.5– 3%) as specified on the Listing Contract.
