Check is made payable to my Brokerage at the time Contract is signed for an FLAT FEE MLS listing. Payment is non-refundable. If Listing agent (Jas Jagpal) introduces the Seller a Buyer to buy the property then Seller will pay Listing agent (Jas Jagpal) the Buyer commission (2.5 - 3%) as specified on the Listing Contract.

Unlike the Basic Package… in the Bronze package, my Brokerage will handle all calls and set appointments with Real Estate agents. I’ll do a Open House. You will get a lock box on your door so agents can view your home at any time when you are not there. To sell fast, you want as many agents to show your house to potential buyers.
