*please note all MLS Listings must list a commission compensating a Buyer Agent.  Traditionally it is usually 2.5 – 3%)

Check is made payable to our Brokerage at the time Contract is signed for an FLAT FEE MLS listing.  Payment is non-refundable.  If Listing agent (Jas Jagpal) introduces the Seller a Buyer to buy the property then Seller will pay Listing agent (Jas Jagpal) the Buyer commission (2.5– 3%) as specified on the Listing Contract.

 

 

Basic Package:  

$3500 for Condos $200,000 or less, 

$5000 for Condos $300,000 or less,

$6500 for Condos $400,000 or less,  

1.5% flat fee for Condos over $500,000
